Health Guarantee
We stand behind our pups 100%, and will be here for you and your dog with a lifetime guarantee. Kaufman PR Kennels guarantees all the pups (at time of sale) have been dewormed, vaccinated up to date, and are free from:
- Parvovirus
- Corona virus
- Canine Distemper
- Para influenza
- Canine Adenovirus Type 1 and 2(Hepatitis)
In the event of an emergence of any of the above conditions, Kaufman PR Kennels agrees to replace the pup in question if findings are within the first 7 days after buyer receives pup and confirmed by a licensed veterinarian.
We are willing to take any dog of ours back as long as the buyer agrees to pay shipping and handling cost.
Kaufman PR Kennels cannot be held responsible for health issues due to buyer's negligence regarding vaccinations after date of sale.
Shipping Details
Pups will be shipped with papers and have a pre-health certificate from a Vet attached to show the pups are in good health. (This has already been included into the price.)
Shipping and handling cost will be the responsibility of the buyer and to be paid prior to shipping.
Buyer's Agreement
All dogs will be shipped with a current health certificate. It is the buyer's responsibility to have the dog examined by a vet within seven days of receipt of the dog.
The buyer agrees not to involve this dog or any of its offspring in any illegal activities.
The buyer will make themselves aware of any possible bans, ordinances, etc. in their county or community that are breed specific.
The buyer agrees to take special care to socialize the dog, especially with children and other animals. Also to provide, fresh food, water, and prompt veterinary care when necessary.
The buyer can call the dog whatever name they choose, but the dog will be registered with the name assigned such as (Kaufman PR Kennels
Buyer agrees to send pictures of the dog periodically as the pup grows older, to add to the web page.
If the buyer violates the illegal activites clause of this agreement, Kaufman PR Kennels reserves the right to reclaim the dog from the buyer and report the incident to the authorities. Any legal costs resulting from this violation will be the sole responsibility of the buyer.
